How we work

A clear way forward when communications require decisions.

Developing communications and marketing in stages – from mapping to implementation

Kantor Communications’ operating model is built for executive management needs. We do not start with actions – we start with decisions. The goal is clarity, impact and sustainable operating models.

1. Free Communications Assessment

Collaboration always begins with a conversation.

The free communications assessment helps clarify where communications and marketing currently stand and what should happen next.

During the assessment we:

  • review the business situation and objectives

  • identify key communications and marketing challenges

  • assess risks and opportunities

  • honestly evaluate whether and how we can help

The assessment is non-binding.

2. Situation Analysis & Decisions

The situation analysis is a short and effective project that provides management with a clear overview of the communications and marketing landscape.

Outcome:

  • business-driven analysis of the current state

  • key risks and opportunities

  • a clear recommendation for next steps

Without this phase, further collaboration is not recommended.

3. Leadership & Execution

Once direction is defined, we move to execution.

Kantor Communications can take leadership responsibility for communications and marketing for an agreed project period or act as a strategic partner to management.

This includes:

  • clear prioritisation

  • guidance of teams and partners

  • implementation of decisions

  • regular reporting to management

This is not consulting – it is leadership.

4. Training & Sustainable Models

To ensure change does not remain a project, we build sustainable operating models.

Through training:

  • knowledge is transferred into the organisation

  • roles and responsibilities become clear

  • decision-making improves

  • teams are able to continue independently

Training can be delivered to executives, leadership teams or operational teams.

5. Controlled Transfer of Responsibility

Once objectives are achieved, the project is concluded in a controlled manner.
